El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Douglas Phimister approved $30 million bail today for Phillip Garrido and also agreed to have him undergo a psychiatric evaluation. The judge kept the bail amount for Garrido's wife, Nancy, the same, but there was some question as to how much her original bail was.
