I notice that the Marco Island court ruling affects only "non-live-aboard" vessels.
I am not so sure this is "Great News" for all of us on the Live Aboard List. It would be a good thing for someone who knows to post the legal definition of "live-aboard", "non-live-aboard", and "Full Time Cruiser" as applies in this ruling.
