Dear List, I recently had to deal with the BernzOmatic/Irwin Industrial company. They make torches for many uses.
http://www.bernzomatic.com I had a problem with one of their products and went to their site to email my question. I think it was less than 3 hours later that I got my first reply, which necessitated another round. The second reply was even quicker. And, they solved the problem. Got my vote as a company to support! No other interest, blah-blah-blah.....
