John you must be Danish-
I would love to move to Denmark- but their immigration laws are so incredibly restrictive..It is a far safer country than any of the Americas (yes, even Canada) and maybe you would have a different perspective if lived here. Just check out the crime stats. So in a sense, you are correct- if everyone could move to Denmark, no one would need guns. But alas, Denmark won't let us. One thing that I find funny is that your use of the term 'European.' You lump everyone together as if they were a homogeneous cultural group. You must mean only Norway, Sweden and Denmark, because many other Europeans are decidedly undiplomatic, uncompromising, and even downright volatile, which is exactly why I like them. -Merrill
