I also have the Pinnacle USB2 plug in on my home computer. It is working with a 6 yr old nVidia card. I do not think there would be conflicts with your card. But, frankly, since you are using an all-in-one video card with tuner, I suggest you replace the whole card. Get a new one that is made for digital tv. That way you will have the future now, and still only use one card slot.
As for the USB2 tuner (HDTV Pro Stick), it is good, but sometimes locks up and doesn't want to switch channels. Probably a processor interrupt issue as it is busy processing a ton of incoming data in a continuous stream. The plug-in also gets very warm after an hour of use, as it is processing a bunch itself. Still, for the $75 I spent on sale, it gave me HD & digital at home. I did but a 19" HDTV later, though. But I still use the USB2 device to record off air HDTV for viewing later.
