Quickly Googled up www.dolphininsurance.com.  Will likely be others.
I would think a quick walk down a couple of piers in Vancouver,
Vicotria, or where ever it is you've tied up will yield some good
referals.  If you still can't come up with someone, you could always
try calling one of the Maritime lawyers in Vancouver - they'd be happy
to refer you to a client :)  Of course, you'd probably have to own a
very large boat for their clients to take any interest.
