Hi there Bob I guess I was trying to suggest that if the choice was either to turn it upside down or not have one at all, I would turn it upside down. I just looked at mine again. I could buy a wind up turntable, put a deep dish under the food to avoid spills and the rubber feet would keep it far enough from the counter to enable exhaust.
