My plan to stay outside the US is strictly from a practical viewpoint, not
political. For financial reasons I want to stay in the Carribean: there is no
need for heat or A/C, there is plenty of sun for solar energy, etc. I will not
give up US citizenship. I would simply be a US citizen that is cruising full
time. I will retain a legal residence in the US. There are many countries
that welcome US $.
