just so you know, the upper keys is installing a sewer system, with a treatment plant. They say when all the homes are hooked up, it will only make a 4% difference in our waters. Also, the treated water is then pumped underground several hundred feed. hmmmmmmmmmmmm a big septic tank drain field I suppose.
