Well I'll be da__ed! I just sent myself (I have 2 different email addresses) 2 messages. The first one in the setting I already had. Then I went to "Tools", "Options", "Send" and I found that my Outlook Express was set to send "HTML"!!! It turns out there IS NO "Rich Text" setting available!!!!!
So I humbly apologize to ALL. I clearly do NOT know what the heck I am talking about!!! I have set my OE to send plain text. BOY, do I feel like a FOOL !!!!!!!
