Yes.  Golf cart batteries are typically 220 AH.  Four of them hooked up to make 
a 12 bank will have a capacity of 440 AH, normally discharged to the 50% by the 
conventional wisdom at most to give you a max usable capacity of 220 AH.

John, from Miami - I'm far from an expert, but are you sure that's 430 amp 
hours with just four 6v batteries? That implies that each battery on its own is 
215 ah, then connected to make up two 12v units, if I understand the math on 
connecting batteries properly, to get 430 ah.
