Charmaine, The only sure-fire way to send a "clean" message to any list is to 'Copy' the relevant portion, click on "Address" and send an entirely new post. Any time you use the "Reply" feature most email programs send it in the same format the original used. Thus the confusion...

I don't use "Reply" for the reason you stated, as well as use copy and paste to respond to the relevant thread. But you are very kind and I appreciate it I'm not new to lists and forums, either. I'm just new to the type of complaints that come my way on this particular list. I can see that my sig line comes onto the bottom automatically and I may forget to convert it in my email client.
