The Melbourne ordinance specifically limits anchoring of "livaboard" boats to 
72 hours, for example.

Cops have often asked us if we have a residence ashore.

I have read in articles in Southwinds magazine that anchoring rights they are 
discussing do not apply to "livaboard" boats.
