As I have said previously.. I will no longer be passing along boating news
of interest or that affects us boaters..since there are those who object to
keeping informed..

However for those who sail the gulf of mexico.. here is a nifty url

http://www.vesseltracker.com/en/Area/gulfofmexico/Map.html

and since I get my chops busted for explaining things.. I will let
everyone figure out on thier own how to use.. I would not want
to insult the intelligence of those few genius who know everything
about everything now would I?

got any quesitons about it... shhhhhhhh, it works much like
mapquest... you can hit me up offlist..

you can google ais and get a lot more.. there is one site
that shows the traffic in and out of the straits of hormuz..
fair winds..

ps...AIS is a very useful tool.. more cruising boats should carry it..

It's not about the boat it's sails or rigging. It's about the freedom.
