I found it!!! Thanks to all.
As it turned out, all I had to do was look at the pictures the previous owner
took (he bought it new) during construction. There was one picture of the deck
about to be placed on the hull and there it was. >From the cockpit locker, that
tube angles up and comes out way above the chart table tucked in behind a
removable headliner panel over the chart table.
It turns out the search might have been in vain, though, since the that tube is
really full on wire bundles and it appears they might have been wire tied prior
to threading through the tube! No way to pull individual wires out of
there......
Plan "B" will to be attempt to run an electricians snake along the outside of
the tube and pull the new cables that way.......

If you use a stiff tape or wire, you should be able to hear it while
someone shakes it.

Run a fish tape thru the conduit and see where it pops out.
