The list I joined was taken over in ~1993 by Stefan W. Mochnacki Univ. of Toronto. He ran it for years until he finally no longer had a place for it to reside. The Densler brothers stepped up & volunteered to take it over.
Not that any of this really matters.... My earliest post in the archive, that I could find, was in 1994, but I am not really sure when I joined. Lived aboard since the 80's, but am currently "dirtside" due to the death of my Mom. Family bought the property in central Fla (east coast) back in the 60's, but did not move here fulltime until returning to the US in the mid 70's. I spent a lot of time in central Florida over the decades, but lived else where in order to make a living.... like you now.... I believe. Again....Let's PLEASE try not to take things so personally or personally attack people.... ok? I joined that list in 2002.. how long have you been on this list in its various incarnations? I don't think anyone, including Rosalie, said you didn't know what you are talking about. Everyone is allowed to have an opinion, even if they disagree with yours..... in fact before your relatively recent arrival on this list..... it was encouraged & appreciated.
