open source PC charting program has been released. It is available for
Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.

I have been experimenting with it on my Ubuntu powered PC and find this
free "no frills" navigator to be   very stable, extremely fast loading
and easy to use. 

The authors invite comments, criticisms and suggestions.
