Not bad at all it’s great.  Now it needs to be tested.  The issue is that some 
cities still think they have the right to restrict it and someone needs to test 
them and then show them the statute when challenged.

out any ordinance that says how long you can anchor in public waterways in 
Florida.  Melbourne and some other areas have tried to impose a 72 hour limit 
on anchoring.  Now Florida law clearly defines the laws which takes precedence

I have been know to anchor out, on more than an ocasioin or two. So what's it 
mean ??
