I've never owned a GPS unit, and the time has come to buy a handheld unit, for use at the present time with topo maps in the US southwest.
I'd be interested in your opinions of the various models and manufacturers currently available. I would like for it to interface to other devices easily, and to a PC. Any advice? TIA!
