Sam, Welcome to the SW side!. It is great over here. There are several great spots to anchor and great sailing in Charlotte Harbor as well. Contact me offlist for some local info. Where do you live? I assume you bought a house with a slip behind it? We have our boat at Burnt Store Marina in Punta Gorda. It would be great to get together for a drink. We are currently in Austin, (home base), but plan a trip in about a month, gotta do that teak!!! It (varnishing) was fun at one time, but now the luster has slowly gone away ... much like the top coat of varnish on our boat right now! Welcome again to the SW side of Florida.
