sorry for the earlier blank message.

Merry Christmas to everyone.

Yes, you can download in the Bahamas. You can download anywhere you have
internet service. We currently have over 3200 ... yes I said 3200 books.

All you have to do is google or what ever search engine you choose for
FREE Nook books. Some websites are charging for books that are free on other
sites. You just have to keep looking. The Gutenburg website, (I think that
is the name) has 1000's of Nook ready books and they are all FREE.

But I must warn you ... We found that books that have 2 authors and/or the
"&" in them will cause the Nook to lock up. My husband had to redone our
Nooks several times until he found out the problems. Hopefully, now we have.

We love our Nooks', we both have one. I am sure your wife will love hers
too. It saves LOTS of space on the boat!!

Merry Christmas and have a Happy & Safe New Year!!

My wife found a Nook under the tree...
Does a Nook reader work in Bahamas? Can I download NY Times? Are books
copywrite restricted in Bahamas?
