We also have a UPS box that gets our mail.  It usually ships in 2-3 days 
depending on where we are.  When
we need a shipment I figure out where we are going to be and call the Marina 
and ask if its OK to ship a package to us when we will be staying there.
I also get a tracking # and call the Marina on the day the package should be 
there to keep them on the lookout.  It's worked for us for 5 years. also, we 
always stay at least a night at the marina so we just don't stop and run. Also, 
this works real well with ordering from Amazon with their 2 day prime shipping
