Yes, but it depends on the amount of sun and/or wind.

I can go about two days without bright sun or wind.  With 1,300 Watts of PV
if the sun shines brightly I can easily keep up.  The wind spinners (two
KISS units) do not put out as much as the PV but help stave off the use of
the genset.  The PV will still put out about 30% under cloudy skies.


My biggest loads are:

Freezer and Refrigerator at 25 watts each.  Daily AH depends on ambient
temperatures, I guess at 100AH/day.

Active satellite TV antenna and 30" Sony with HD receiver (I think there is
a way to turn off the HD in the Direct TV receiver.  If anyone knows how
let me know).  I have written down the actual load but the numbers are not
at hand.

Almost all my lights are florescent or LED.
