Vern:

We like Westland Marina which is adjacent to the Titusville City Marina.
It's a great DIY yard -- very laid back with very few rules and, yet,
everyone behaves like adults. The staff is great and the community of
boaters is very friendly and helpful. They do require a vacuum if you are
sanding but that's about it. Haulouts are very reasonable and, yes, you
can live aboard while you work. Also, there is a West Marine just a few
blocks away.

Tell 'em we sent ya and say "hey" to Sam for us..
