I am helping a friend fix his 1984 Autohelm 4000 wheel pilot. He has a recent belt replacement, but I max out the adjustment cam before it has enough tension. Are there different belts? If all the outer idlers are worn, is it then impossible to get belt tension? The 2 case halves do feel sloppily connected.
