Hi all, Don't know if many of you remember us, but we spent many years rebuilding a Cheoy Lee Clipper 42 in Pittsburgh, and I used to post once in a while here. As often happens, life tends to derail the best plans and we spent quite a few years dealing with a lot of health and family issues. Last year we came to the conclusion that our Clipper would no longer fit the bill so we sold it. In December we sold our house and set out to find a cruising catamaran.
I'm happy to report that we just closed on a 40' Manta and tonight is our first night as fulltime liveaboards. Fair warning: I'll most likely be bugging you all with questions while we adjust to our new life. Right now our learning curve looks vertical but we couldn't be happier. We're temporarily at Sunset Bay Marina in Stuart, FL. If anyone's nearby, give us a holler. I've been reading this list for so long I feel like I know you all already, but it'd be nice to have a beer or whatever in person.
