We sold our old boat last summer. Happy day for me, sad for Jack. Now we just bought a new one and experienced both sides, our exuberance and the PO's tears. I think the tears mean it's a good boat. At least that's my story and I'm sticking with it.
Good luck with the search for a new one! Marce s/v Escape Velocity Manta 40 catamaran -----Original Message----- From: Stephen Petri I'm in shock right now. My boat Witchcraft is no longer MY boat. I never imagined that selling her would be so traumatic. It was all so logical; we needed to sell the old boat before we can get a new boat. The kids are getting bigger so we needed more volume and a bit more speed to extend our cruising range would be good too. And yet there I was, in tears, saying good bye to my boat of nine years, trying to come to terms with the fact that she was no longer mine. I thought it was supposed to be the second happiest day of my life. I think I'm in shock. -- Stephen Petri Former owner of: S/V Witchcraft, Ranger 33 No. 161 http://www.teamwitchcraft.com _______________________________________________ Liveaboard mailing list [email protected] To adjust your membership settings over the web http://liveaboardonline.com/mailman/listinfo/liveaboard To subscribe send an email to [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] The archives are at http://www.liveaboardonline.com/pipermail/liveaboard/ To search the archives http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] The Mailman Users Guide can be found here http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-member/index.html
