Not northern FL, but Riverside in Ft Pierce is a great yard.  Then, further
north you might consider Green Cove Springs on the St Johns.  My favorite yard
is in S Florida, Playboy Marine.  Hinckley near Savannah is a good yard, don't
know if you can do your own work,

Subject: [Liveaboard] Boatyard recommendations east coast

Hi all,

We need to get some rudder work done. Can anyone recommend a yard either in
northern Florida (east coast) or farther north – Georgia, SC? We are a
catamaran and our beam is 21’ so we can’t take advantage of Cracker Boy in Ft.
Pierce, who come highly recommended. We’re hoping to have someone else do the
rudders (bearings and seals) but we’d like to be in a place where they’ll let
us work on the boat, too.

Thanks,
