Nope; nothing to do with Norm, actually. They're using his address in
the email headers, but they're coming from a server in Kiev. I sorta
doubt that Norm is using "CJSC Telesystems of Ukraine" as his SMTP
server...
Email communication is in a very sad state right now. We have
already-developed protocols that would totally prevent spam - but most
mail system admins these days are Microsoft-"trained" and thus totally
incapable of doing anything but maintaining the current (and totally
vulnerable) SMTP server structure. Until that gets handled, we're going
to have problems like this.
