I have just added a bootprompt-based console configurator. This is still
not good enough for dvorak or azerty keyboards, since there's a lot of
typing at the boot prompt. Tomorrow I will add a dialog-based configurator.
Also I will adjust the kernel config and/or hotplug blacklist for
duplicate drivers like 8139too/8139cp and remove of db and postfix.
After the above changes, I think it would be a good idea to release a
-pre4 iso.
Maybe (but not certainly) kexec-based CD ejection will be also added
(looks simple enough to implement).
