For PCI hardware, I already listed all problematic cases that are
relevant for the Live CD config (8139too vs 8139cp, xircom_cb vs
xircom_tulip_cb, tulip vs dmfe, e100 vs eepro100). For USB, the list is:

Since I don't have any hardware relevant to any of those USB modules,
your advice is needed. When to use which one?
