Let's do that separate from the file itself. Here's what I suggest:
First edit the file in English and commit to the repo. Then email me
privately and include the file with comments about what translators
should add and where. Any questions I may have, we'll sort out
privately. From that point I'll draw up an email explaining our need for
translators and instructions on what we need them to do, and I'll post
to both the livecd list and the lfs-dev list.
Sound alright? Any better suggestions?
