Updated docbook-xsl Makefile and removed -v's from install.
Er. Sorry, I just noticed that you did this. Any particular reason for
removing the -v's? I've got the Makefiles set up now to log any output
from the install command to the log-file, so a little verbosity might
actually be in order.
