once I've grabbed it, should I make a copy of that directory to
'lfs-livecd_orig' and make changes to that dir, then run diff over the
whole rascal?
Well, you could just make changes to the directory you check it out to,
then run 'svn diff'. Saves having to have 2 working copies then.
