Hello,
the /init in initramfs compiled from init.c doesn't pass environment
variables from the kernel command line to the real /sbin/init. This
breaks the bootprompt-based language configurator. Please fix as soon as
possible.
Testcase:
linux LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R KEYMAP=ru-ms TZ=Asia/Yekaterinburg UTC=1
Actual result: questions about timezone and locale are asked during boot
Expected result: no questions asked
