Thanks for the report. You are correct, the digests do not match. This
bzip2 file came from the lfs ftp mirrors, where it *was* standard
practice to re-bzip2 files when added. This practice isn't done anymore
for files that are bz2 already because of exactly this problem. The
reason the digests do not match is that this file was bzip2'ed with an
older version of bzip2 and compresses differently, resulting in a
different MD5SUM/SHA1SUM. I am in the process of restoring such bzip2
files, but I can assure you that the file is indeed correct.
If you want to check it yourself, please bunzip2 it, and with the LiveCD
version of bzip2, bzip2 it. The MD5SUM will now be the one you noted.
I appoligize for the inconvience and am doing what I can to rectify the
situation.
