Unless you've done some other change that I'm not aware of, this doesn't
fix the firefox home page. Firefox doesn't use that variable. We
attempted to fix this in trunk via a couple of seds in the LFS-BOOK
Makefile. Please check there for changes you need to utf8-newmake.
If, however, I'm missing something, then I apologize.
