If it is helpful (say so if not), I can make a absolute barebones LiveCD from trunk using jhalfs + needed blfs packages (and no sources) to make the LiveCD. It might serve as a good example. Although it will NOT be a useful LiveCD since it is just LFS with no tools to download packages (besides ftp) or view a html book online.
