Hi guys,

I have been testing the 6.2-pre3 LiveCD and it is almost ready. Here are a few nitpicks I ran into. If anyone knows how best to fix these or if it is possible so soon for the -pre3 release, let me know. Thanks.

* In XFCE, using the right-click menu and selecting 'Web Browser' does nothing. Selecting Network -> Mozilla works.

* If one starts Mozilla and then starts Mozilla Mail, one must add either close Mozilla or add another profile for Mozilla Mail to start.

* A little hiccup for CLFS, when you set the LFS_HOST environment variable, the command uses "echo ${MACHTYPE}". On a i686 using the LiveCD, this outputs i486.

# echo ${MACHTYPE}
i486-pc-linux-gnu
lfslivecd:root | Sun 12 Feb 2006 07:25:46 AM PST | ~
# uname -a
Linux lfslivecd 2.6.12.5 #1 SMP Sun Feb 5 05:51:05 GMT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

I assume this is caused by the uname wrapper script and although it isn't a big problem, someone who doesn't look at the output might run into problems later.

Otherwise it all looks good and it is ready to release. Thanks.

Justin
