Let's leave it out by default as IIRC, it doesn't really offer much
benefit to single proc machines. If you're building on a SMP machine,
you can enable it in your Makefile.personal.
Correct. Archaic and I tested it and with -j3 on a single proc system
it caused the build to be a few minutes longer, and some packages just
don't like it. So I say +1 to leave it commented out also.
