Everyone has the 'right' to ask for support. These are free, publicly available lists and channels. Perhaps you meant to say that answers to such questions for support are not guaranteed?

Yes, and the machine check exception reported earlier will be taken into 
account.

Although, in this case, it _might_ be sufficient to replace one of the memory sticks.
