You asked about the possibility to build X86_64 CD with all features
named in the subject from SVN. Short answer: impossible, because the
trunk CD is now x86-only.
The repository is x86-only at the moment. The cross-compile hook has
been removed because the cross CD was completely different and was even
reported to fail to build the book. All cross work is now in a separate
branch that is currently under construction, and it doesn't include
these features.
Anyway, the official 6.2-pre5 x86 CD will be released in less than 48 hours.
