and I don't know what to answer.
Then you will have trouble with LFS, namely Chapter 7. LFS assumes that you already know the correct answers. Since there are many other configuration things LFS/BLFS just assumes that you know, it is not recommended that you continue with LFS.
Can someone help me?
Let me guess. If all three variants below work for you with the 6.2-2 CD, they will be added to the next version of the CD.

Variant 1: Italian (ISO-8859-1)
This is the most basic setup, without Euro.
Locale: it_IT
Console keymap: it
Autoconverted from charset: don't fill this in
Console font: lat1-16 -m 8859-1
X keymap: it

Variant 2: Italian (ISO-8859-15)
This is the setup with Euro. Euro is AltGr+E, Eurocent is AltGr+C (both in console and in X).
Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Console keymap: it euro2
Autoconverted from charset: don't fill this in
Console font: lat0-16 -m 8859-15
X keymap: it

Variant 3: Italian (UTF-8)
This setup is Unicode-based, recommended only if you know what you are doing, and are willing to accept bugs in software not present on this CD (e.g., Midnight Commander becomes completely unusable). Euro is on the same keys as in Variant 2.
Locale: it_IT.UTF-8
Console keymap: it euro2
Autoconverted from charset: iso-8859-15
Console font: lat0-16, or (for better Unicode coverage, but bright colors will be unavailable) LatArCyrHeb-16
X keymap: it
