Please don't try to do everything at once. First build your own unoptimized CD that doesn't run on old computers, and tell me how you did that. Be sure to script the build, because I'll ask you to do it more than once again from the very beginning. When you produce your first CD, I'll explain you the steps that achieve optimization for old computers on the official CD.
