Please don't misinterpret my words: the CD is now buildable, but this is not an official announcement. There are still some bugs (mainly, in the language configurator and the "hibernate" script) that I want to fix. I hope that on December, 14 I will release both 6.2-4 and 6.3-pre1 CDs with identical BLFS content (so that one could blame LFS for any difference).
