#1751: No way to migrate systems with a disk manager to libata

 Some systems need a disk manager like "Ontrack Disk Manager ver. 10.42.04"
 in order to see large drives in the other OS. Traditionally, the way to
 deal with this in Linux was to add "hda=remap63" or a similar option to
 the kernel arguments. However, there is no obvious equivalent for this
 option in libata-based IDE drivers. We need to find this equivalent and
 include it into the future CD images.
