I just noticed that I had a typo in the 'blank.html' request. Having fixed that, I now have the beginnings of a working server. However, I now have a new problem. Trying to open the Parts Bin produces a string of error messages. The key point seemed to be 'can't openInWorld on undefined'
Do I need to download the parts bin from somewhere, or configure its location? Cheers Andy
