Neil, that sounds interesting. Are we going to see the Halloween scary
thing - or you have another project for the Raspi?

The Halloween thing was quite trivial, a PIR sensor that triggered the
playing of a zombie WAV file. I added a plastic skull with LED eyes that
lit up on triggering, but had to leave that off on the night as I wasn't
able to weatherproof it in time :)

I'm currently trying to get the Pi to act as an ODB2 data logger for my
car.

Oh yes - definitely interested in that one! It's been somewhere on one of my "to do" lists for a long time. Does it mean we will have to have the meeting outside, by the car, or did you get hold of a very, very long OBD2 cable? :-)
