To get qtsg I think you would need to compile qtutils from source:

However, there is no advantage to encode to .mov just because you
*decoded* from .mov. LiVES doesn't work like that.

Hi Gabriel,
If you're on vacation this isn't critical because I can use other
formats till it's fixed. The subversion fixed my crashes but now I
can't encode the .MOV format my new camera produces. The
qtutils_encoder reports qtsg is missing but I can't find qtsg
anywhere nor the location() function looking for it.
