If you go into Multitrack mode and create a layout then return to clip
editor and choose Close/Save all Clips the layout save dialog doesn't
gain input focus and lives is hung up. That appears to be what's
happening. Let me know if you can't reproduce it. I'll test some more to
get an exact combination of functions to cause it.

Commenting the line out didn't solve the problem but it is fixed
in svn. I was able to trim two clips, save and reload them, create
a transition between them, render a new clip from the two and
encode it back to mp4 format.

I did manage to create a problem I think because of naming
inconsistency between layout and clip set names. I'd have to do
more testing to try to cause the problem again but not sure it's
worth the effort since I think it was something I did. Let me know
if you'd like me to investigate it a bit more.
